When you submit a project inquiry, we may collect: full name, email, phone, company name, country, existing website/system URL, project description, selected project types, goals, features, budget, timeline, preferred contact method, uploaded document and technical data such as IP address and user-agent.
We use the data to receive and process your inquiry, assess the project, prepare a response/proposal, communicate with you, protect the form from abuse and keep basic inquiry records.
Data is processed because you submit an inquiry and request communication regarding a potential project. Technical data and rate-limit logs are processed for security and abuse prevention. Marketing messages are sent only if you separately consent.
Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed for communication, project assessment and potential business cooperation. If no cooperation follows, data may be deleted or anonymized after internal review, unless there is a justified reason to keep it longer.
Data is not sold to third parties. It may be processed through hosting, email or technical services required for website operation and communication.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of marketing consent. You can send your request to the contact email below.
The form uses CSRF protection, honeypot checking, validation, rate limiting and uploaded file controls. No system is absolutely secure, but we apply reasonable technical protection measures.
This text is a practical starting document and should be adapted with legal advice if data processing becomes larger, more complex or includes special categories of data.
